FINANCIAL FOCUS FOR YOUR TALENT

Making Lives Better

Our service is designed to encompass all areas of your employees' financial circumstances. Whilst many promise a holistic service, we are uniquely situated to deliver on this promise.

Financial education is important and has become much more prevalent across schools, recognising and addressing a historic deficiency. This deficiency also exists in the workplace with a workforce clamouring for advice and guidance with their finances. As employers seek to attract and retain talent with innovative, yet cost-effective benefits, financial education becomes an obvious solution to well-being concerns.

Our solution doesn't have to cost the company a penny, but delivers an outcome that leaves your staff feeling valued and cared for. It helps to reduce the growing concern of liability associated with not providing financial advice or guidance as complex issues around tax and pensions continue to arise. For example, people earning over £100k p.a. have a legal requirement to file a tax return which we can assist with. In 2018 the average rebate we generated for our clients was £7023.

HOW WE WORK WITH YOUR TALENT

HOW TO ENGAGE

We understand that a good idea for staff can sometimes be missed if the engagement is lacking. As such we are happy to design a bespoke service for each company we work with as needs and service level requirements can vary greatly. We know that the longer we work with an organisation, engagement will grow exponentially via word of mouth and the results we generate for clients, but how you engage staff initially is crucial to gain momentum. Some ways we currently engage with our clients include:

  • Regular seminars

  • One-to-one tax planning and wealth management sessions

  • Ad hoc query referrals

  • Presentation at open days

  • Webinars

  • Monthly communications

SEMINARS AND CURRENT TOPICS

In conjunction with the HR team, we thoroughly discuss and agree how we can deliver the best service to you and your staff. We are highly experienced in providing a tailored programme of employee educational seminars including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Government approved tax planning (the do's and do nots)

  • Retirement planning – building and managing retirement assets, utilising tax opportunities and avoiding threats

  • Retirement planning – securing a tax-efficient selection of income sources within five years of retirement

  • Inheritance Tax planning – considering the long game

  • Financial planning – keeping it simple

  • Are employees with shares or stock options exercising them or selling them in the most efficient way?

  • Funding education costs to secure the futures of your children

  • Are you fully protected from unseen life events?

  • Are previous pension arrangements working hard enough for you?

  • Is the death in service benefit set up correctly to deal with the lifetime allowance changes?

  • For high earners, what are the tax efficient alternatives to pensions?

We are able to organise specialist events built around key dates in your corporate calendar, such as bonus payments, share vesting and sales, new joiner events and pre-retirement planning sessions. At all times we will deal compassionately with the financial consequences arising out of sensitive personal events such as bereavement, accident, illness or redundancy.

FULL SERVICE PILOT SCHEME

The most popular way of demonstrating how we can add value to your company and your employees, is through a Full Service Pilot Scheme where a select number of your employees get to experience our offering and you can garner an internal appraisal of our service without cost to you or your employees (excluding advice fees on execution of investments).

We are happy to start with pilot programmes of five to ten employees, so that they can assess the service and provide feedback to you.
