Adam began his career in financial services in 1998, when he joined the close knit team that later formed Financial Lifestyle Management Ltd. As such he has been part of the FLM journey from outset.
Alex joined the financial services industry in 1996 as a graduate. After obtaining his Financial Planning Certificate and giving general financial advice he specialised in mortgages until 2008. Since then he has focused on building and running the business after becoming part owner of FLM.
Robert has been part of FLM since 2002. A member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, Robert has over 16 years’ experience of tax advice and tax planning.
Michael is one of the founding directors and shareholders of FLM and has been with the company from its inception in 1999.
Sally joined FLM in 2010 and initially worked in the Finance Team. After a couple of years, she moved into the operational side of the business developing the HR function. She is now responsible for training, development, recruitment and all things employees.
