Alex joined the financial services industry in 1996 as a graduate. After obtaining his Financial Planning Certificate and giving general financial advice he specialized in mortgages until 2008
Robert has been part of FLM Ltd. since 2002. A member of the Association of Taxation Technicians, Robert has 11 years’ experience of tax advice and tax planning.
Adam has over 16 years’ experience in tax planning and wealth management. Adam provides clear, concise, expert advice to individuals and companies.
Sally joined FLM in 2010 in the Finance Team. After two and a half years she realised she was more of a people person than a number cruncher and was able to move into the operational side of the business and has helped expand the company. She is now responsible for training, development, recruitment and all things employees.
Michael has over 35 years’ experience in tax planning including partner roles in leading City accountancy practices. Michael provides creative and considered advice to his personal and corporate clientele.
Luke joined FLM in 2016 and is responsible for designing and managing the CRM systems, lead sourcing and supporting the business development team.
Helen joined the team as a consultant in May 2009, but has been in Financial Services since 1996. Helen’s background is in both Adviser Management and since joining the team in 2009, providing client facing financial advice.
After a number of years working as a money broker, Kevin moved to Financial Services. He has over 10 years of experience in working for a number of leading financial institutions. In 2008 he started working with Financial Lifestyle Management Ltd.
David's mantra is that he would never advise a client to do something that he wouldn't do himself.
Upon obtaining a degree in Human Geography, Seb started his career as a mortgage adviser, but soon decided to broaden his expertise and pursue a career in wealth management. Since joining FLM in 2012 he is now diploma qualified and advising high-net-worth individuals.
Lewis joined FLM in 2011. He assisted Helen Findlay whilst completing the Assistant adviser programme. Lewis continues to work closely with Helen, along with building a reputable client base of his own, whilst maintaining the teams extremely high servicing standards.
After 30 years financial experience in the blue chip corporate world, Peter launched into a new chapter in the financial services sector in 2006. He has a very broad range of financial experience and skills encompassing treasury management, tax planning and financial analysis and planning.
Following a successful career in the gaming sector where he founded a high net worth acquisition and risk advisory consultancy, Edward transitioned to wealth management and tax planning.
Charlotte joined FLM Ltd in 2009 having graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Geography, Business & Economics.
Richard has been an adviser for over 8 ½ years. Throughout this period he has continued to build a wealth of experience and knowledge of the financial services industry. Since joining Financial Lifestyle Management he has risen enthusiastically to the challenge of advising high net worth clients.
Caitlin joined FLM Ltd in February 2012 soon after moving from Australia. Caitlin works alongside Principal Partner David Allard, managing his existing client base whilst building up her own. Caitlin looks after a wide range of busy, successful private clients and enjoys helping them to achieve their goals.
Charlie joined FLM in 2010. Since joining he has been looking after a wide range of clients and has built rewarding and lasting relationships. He enjoys working with busy, successful private clients to help them achieve their goals. He has a degree in Psychology from Newcastle University.

Ben joined FLM in 2011 and since joining, has worked with David Blows supporting him in advising clients. He is an integral part of the team David has built. Ben has previously worked in Sports Marketing and Public Relations. He has a degree in Business Management from Nottingham Business School.
James spent 7 years building a successful career in the media sector with Big Four accountancy firm Deloitte. During this time he developed key skills particularly within the communication sector. This, alongside his keen sense of attention to detail, led him to wealth management.
Previously James worked 3 years in Education Management working in Client Relations, to develop long lasting working relationships between many London organisations. James then Joined FLM in 2015 to work alongside Ben Smith, providing support to Ben’s clients where needed.
